Service agreements and policies for ProWinClean customers.
Service Agreement
By scheduling service with ProWinClean, you agree to these terms and conditions. We recommend reading this policy carefully before your appointment.
Scheduling and Appointments
We require appointments for all services. You can schedule by phone, email, or through our online booking system. We confirm all appointments within 24 hours. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel.
Cancellation Policy
We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a $50 fee to cover technician time and scheduling costs.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For commercial accounts with approved credit, net-30 payment terms apply.
Service Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with our cleaning, please notify us within 48 hours and we will return to re-clean any areas at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to standard cleaning services only.
Property Access and Preparation
Customers are responsible for clearing access to windows and ensuring a safe working environment. Please remove valuable items from window sills and secure pets before our arrival. We are not responsible for items displaced during cleaning.
Limitations of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or if windows are damaged beyond cleaning. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, graffiti removal, or other special circumstances.
Liability
ProWinClean maintains liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage, please report it within 24 hours. We will work with our insurance provider to resolve any claims fairly and promptly.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Current terms apply to all new and existing service agreements. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
