We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with our service, we want to make it right.
Service Guarantee
If you notice any areas we missed or areas that don't meet your expectations, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will return at no additional charge to address any concerns.
Refund Eligibility
- Prepaid service cancellations with at least 24 hours notice: Full refund
- Service not performed as scheduled: Full refund or free reschedule
- Dissatisfaction with completed service: We will re-clean first; refund considered after follow-up visit
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
- Services already completed to satisfaction
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (cancellation fee applies)
- Services where customer denied access to property at scheduled time
