For most Hawaii homes, we recommend cleaning every 2-3 months. Coastal properties exposed to salt spray may need monthly cleaning. Commercial properties with high foot traffic may benefit from monthly service. We offer scheduling plans to keep your windows looking their best year-round.
We serve all of Hawaii Island, from Hilo to Kona. This includes Paauilo, Honokaa, Waimea, Kurtistown, Mountain View, Pahoa, Kailua-Kona, Captain Cook, and all communities in between. If you're not sure if we cover your area, just ask!
Yes! We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all residential and commercial jobs. Simply contact us with details about your property, and we'll provide a quote. For larger commercial projects, we can arrange an on-site assessment at no charge.
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. For commercial accounts, we can set up net-30 payment terms with approved credit. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
Services Questions
Yes! Our standard residential service includes both interior and exterior cleaning. We remove, clean, and reinstall screens. Interior cleaning is especially important in Hawaii where salt residue can accumulate on the inside from air conditioning systems.
Absolutely. We use eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning solutions that are non-toxic and safe for families and pets. Our products are derived from natural ingredients and leave no harmful residue. If you have specific concerns about certain products, let us know and we can accommodate.
Yes! Our technicians are trained and equipped to handle windows at various heights. For multi-story homes, we use extendable poles that can reach up to three stories safely from the ground. For very high or complex windows, we can arrange for scaffolding or other equipment as needed.

Rain doesn't prevent us from working, but we do check the forecast. If heavy rain is expected, we may reschedule to ensure the best results. We'll always communicate with you if weather affects your appointment. Light mist or showers won't cancel your cleaning.
For most residential cleanings, we prefer someone to be home, especially for first-time clients. This allows us to do a walkthrough and address any concerns. If you can't be present, just let us know where we can find the access code or key, and we'll secure your property when finished.
A standard residential cleaning takes 1-3 hours depending on the number of windows and access. Large estates or commercial properties may take 4-6 hours. We'll provide an estimated duration when confirming your appointment.
